Can you match the new locks to my existing hardware?
We'll do our best to match the finish and style of your existing handles and hardware, and we'll show you the options before fitting.
Can several locks work with the same key?
Yes. When we replace multiple locks we can set them up to work with one key, so you're not carrying a bunch of different keys.
My lock is stiff. Should I spray oil in it?
Avoid household oils, which attract dust and gum up the lock. A stiff lock is often a sign of misalignment or wear, so it's worth having it checked.
